Refund Terms and Conditions
Order Confirmation: Custom orders will be confirmed within [X] days of the order placement.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing a custom order.
Design Approval: The customer will receive a design confirmation for custom orders, which must be approved within [X] days. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in delays or cancellation of the order.
Order Completion Timeframe: Custom orders will be completed within [X] days after the design approval.
Changes to Custom Orders: Changes to the design or specifications of custom orders can only be made within [X] days after the order confirmation. After this period, no changes can be accommodated.
Cancellation of Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the design has been approved and the production process has begun.
Return Policy for Non-Custom Orders: Non-custom orders are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Policy for Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Any defects must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
Ownership and Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content on the website are the intellectual property of the company and may not be used or reproduced without prior permission.
Warranty: We provide a life time warranty for manufacturing defects on all fine jewellery items. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Privacy: We are committed to protecting customer privacy. Personal information provided during the ordering process will be securely stored and used solely for order fulfillment and communication purposes.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of UAE, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
