We offer a 15-day return policy for non-custom orders from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If you wish to return a non-custom item, please contact our customer service within the 15-day timeframe.
Returns must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping the item back to us.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or are outside the 15-day return window.
